Services Description

Securitron Canada provides security system consultation, installation, monitoring, and maintenance services throughout Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Security system design and consultation
• Alarm system installation and monitoring
• CCTV and security camera systems
• Access control systems
• Intercom and communication systems
• Cannabis facility security solutions

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Securitron Canada are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on final site assessment, equipment availability, and scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written service agreement.

Service Agreements

Installation and monitoring services are subject to separate service agreements that outline specific terms, warranties, and conditions. These agreements supersede any conflicting terms in these general Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Securitron Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

Securitron Canada provides security systems and monitoring services to help protect your property. However, no security system can guarantee prevention of all losses. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to power outages, communication failures, or other factors beyond our control
• Actions or inactions of emergency responders
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services during the relevant period.

Warranty

We warrant that our installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to customers. Specific warranty terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
